Interim Management

Our core focus is the area of post-merger integration following an acquisition. Here we help to bridge the sometimes cultural differences to smoothen the 'phase of uncertainty'. Knowing, living and having worked on both side of the Atlantic certainly helps bridging the gap.

Very often our clients are not big enough to hire a full time CEO of CFO. This is when we step in and support the transition phase of the client.

Founder & CEO. Andreas started his career in Investment Banking in New York, London and Frankfurt with a strong focus on cross border transactions involving M&A, debt and equity financing. Before founding Heindel Group, Andreas was the Head of a US Family Office responsible for private equity investments as well as stock and bond portfolios. During the last ten years Andreas has specialized in supporting European SMEs in the US by providing interim management and M&A services. Andreas Heine is the US representative of the BVMW

Born in Atlanta and a MBA graduate from Emory University. Will is a civil engineer with several years of professional experience in commercial construction and thus our lead in site selection. His engineering expertise helps our clients establish greenfield operations. Andreas and Will jointly launched two US real estate buyout funds, which were successfully sold to a global asset manager.
